Based on the decision of the Organising and Scientific Committees, we would like to inform presenters and authors of the following policy:
Each presenter for one registration may give up to one oral presentation and up to two poster presentations. This policy has been introduced to ensure that the limited number of oral presentation slots can be distributed as fairly as possible and that a wider range of participants can present their work in oral sessions.

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the workshop. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the IAH 2026. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

For the online payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. We advise you to bring the proof of payment with you when registering for the event in Budapest.

Registration fees must be paid IN ADVANCE by credit/debit card or bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, which participants can generate themselves from their personal registration record. This process can be completed without the assistance of the organisers.
Only paid registrations will be confirmed by email to the address provided during registration. Official paid invoices are issued AFTER payment has been received. Please note that, in accordance with applicable accounting regulations, final invoices CANNOT be issued before the services have been provided.
Organisations, universities and institutions using their own financial or invoice management systems, or operating under special corporate payment procedures, are kindly requested to comply with the payment terms and conditions of the organising company. Participants are responsible for uploading the required documents, forms, invoices and receipts to their own institutional financial platforms. The organisers' staff are unable to complete these administrative procedures on behalf of participants.
Participants are strongly encouraged to pay online by credit/debit card, as this is the fastest and most convenient payment method. Alternatively, payment may be made by bank transfer to the designated IBAN account. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the full amount is received net of all bank charges and that the payment can be clearly identified. Any bank fees or transfer charges must be borne by the participant.
On-site, registration fees and optional programme fees may be paid in cash (EUR or Hungarian Forint). MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards are also accepted. Unfortunately, cheques cannot be accepted.
Please note that, in most cases, presenting authors are required to complete their registration fee payment in advance in order for their presentation to be included in the scientific programme.
