Based on the decision of the Organising and Scientific Committees, we would like to inform presenters and authors of the following policy:
Each registered participant may present one oral presentation and up to two poster presentations. This policy has been introduced to ensure that the limited number of oral presentation slots can be distributed as fairly as possible and that a wider range of participants can present their work in oral sessions.
We would like to provide you with a brief guide to assist you in preparing your presentation for the upcoming conference.
Please ensure that your presentation is clear, well-structured, and fits within the allocated time slot. We recommend focusing on key messages and avoiding overly dense slides. Visual elements such as figures and diagrams are encouraged, as they enhance audience engagement and understanding.
Kindly use a consistent and professional slide design, with readable fonts and appropriate contrast.
Presenters are expected to arrive at their session room in advance to allow sufficient time for technical setup and to ensure the smooth running of the session.
Further details regarding timing, session structure, and technical specifications will be shared in due course.
Each presenter has 15 minutes in total (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion). Presenters who exceed the allocated time will not have additional discussion time.
Please prepare your presentation in .ppt, .pptx (Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003-2019 format) or .pdf file. Please avoid using videos embedded in your show. If you have a video, please contact the technician in the lecture hall at latest in the break before your presentation (but preferably earlier) to test it in advance. The Powerpoint and Acrobat slide size is 16:9
Please note that using your own notebook is NOT ALLOWED.
All presenters are required to upload their presentation in the central Presentation Upload Room (Bartók I Hall), regardless of whether they are presenting in a plenary or parallel session. Technical staff will be available to assist with the upload. Please note that presentations will not be collected by e-mail.
Each poster can be mounted during the whole Conference, however there will be two poster sessions held during the Conference, we kindly ask our authors to be present in these session at their posters:
